Welcome to Mindset Your Trades ("MYT", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, tools, calculators, content, downloads, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. No Financial Advice

MYT provides educational information and general market tools only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accounts & Security

If any part of the Services requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content we publish, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, downloads, templates, and software are owned by or licensed to MYT and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

5. Licence to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Where we provide downloads or templates, your licence is for one individual and may not be re-distributed or resold without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Do not scrape, harvest, or access the Services by automated means except as permitted by applicable robots.txt or our written consent.
  • Do not reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code except to the extent permitted by law.

7. Tools, Calculators & Local Storage

Some features (e.g., the 20-Pip Challenge tracker and the Risk Calculator) may store preferences or progress locally in your browser via localStorage or similar technologies. This data is stored on your device and not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated. Outputs from our tools are estimates only and are provided “as-is” without warranties.

8. Downloads & Third-Party Links

We may provide downloads (e.g., spreadsheets, templates) and links to third-party sites or tools. Third-party websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or policies. Use third-party resources at your own risk.

9. Purchases, Pricing & Refunds

If we offer paid items (e.g., ebooks or templates), prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity).

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYT and its owners, affiliates, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed £100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MYT from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
